Drought Notice
South East Water has officially announced temporary water restrictions that will be in effect from April 5th 2012. These restrictions include the use of hosepipes for the watering of gardens, washing cars, filling ponds, cleaning patios and boats and the filling of swimming and paddling pools or fountains will not be permitted.

Parish Council Precept held for a fourth year
Following the 2012/13 Budget setting round, the Council has returned a budget which results in a zero increase on the parish element of the Council Tax. Therefore a Band D property remains at £36.89 per year - less than 71 pence per week.

The Council currently has three seats vacant, one in the East Ward and two in the North Ward. If you would like to become a parish councillor please contact the Office for more details.
