The Parish Council and its committees' meetings are open to the public and are held Wednesdays at the Cox Green Community Centre commencing at 7.30 p.m. (unless otherwise stated).

Each meeting has a fifteen minute section during which Members of the Public may present information or ask questions of the Council.

The schedule below details all the meetings for the current municipal year (2012/13). As and when the Agendas and Minutes are published they will be added to this schedule. All these documents are published in pdf format and you will need a pdf reader to view them (details on how to obtain a free reader can be found by clicking here).

Please note that Minutes posted here may be subject to amendment if they are yet to be approved (which is done at the subsequent meeting of the Council or Committee)
